Q: What are your payment options?

A: We accept Credit Cards online. Contact our local office for Purchase Orders, Wire Transfers, and ACH Transfers.

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express (AMEX) for all US customers.

Shopify Payments: We accept payments through Shopify Payments by online checkout, for select products, for all customers. Availability may be limited by order size.

Purchase Orders: We are more than happy to set US customers up with an account and Net 30 Payment Terms, upon credit approval (contingent on yearly purchase of $10K-$15K yearly). Please request a credit application from our local office or email us your credit references.

Wire Transfers: Available for  all US and international customers who purchase through our local office. Orders are able to ship after funds are received. $30 wire transfer fee applies for all customers, unless otherwise agreed upon (may be waived based upon order size). Contact our local office for more information.

ACH Transfers: Available for all US and international customers through our local office. Orders are able to ship after funds are received. No Fees apply.

Q: What is your return and cancellation policy?

A: Grease orders are non-cancellable and non-returnable.

Q: How do I convert my Nabetsco Gearbox from Molywhite RE00 to VigoGrease REO?

Q: Where can I get an SDS (Safety Data Sheet) for the grease?

A: Each order of grease comes with a copy of the SDS, one per box. Each SDS can also be viewed or downloaded here.

Q: Where is my order shipping from?

A: All grease orders ship from either Fremont California or Romulus Michigan.  Ship point is determined by several factors including availability and order size. Requests for a preferred ship point can be made at the time of placing an order.

Q: Do you accept International Orders?

A: Yes, if you contact our local office. We have customers all around the world, from Mexico to Brazil to England to Australia. All international orders must be paid in advance, prior to shipment. Freight is collect only, FOB Ship Point. $300 minimum order applies. Contact Us

Q: Are there any restrictions on shipping grease?

A: Grease in general have no restrictions.  SDS are laid out in a standard format. Section 14 on the SDS will give any restrictions on transportation. 

Q: Can my order ship via UPS or FedEx?

A: Yes, all orders of grease in either the 14 oz cartridge size or the 16 kg pail size can be shipped using standard shipping companies. The 170 kg drums must be shipped on a pallet/skid by freight. The grease does not require any special handling.

Q: Can I air-freight my order?

A: Yes, if you contact our local office. All orders of grease can be air-freighted (or expedited in any other way) on request. There are no restrictions that prevent the grease from shipping by air.

Q: I am a re-seller. Can you drop ship to my customer?

A: Yes, we can drop ship directly to your customer by request. Some restrictions may apply.  

Q: Are any of the greases classified as "food safe"?

A: No, none of the greases are classified as "food safe".
